Biography Publishing — We research, write, and publish biographies of public figures, professionals, entrepreneurs, celebrities, athletes, politicians, and other notable individuals. We also accept biography submissions from individuals, publicists, and organizations for editorial review and potential publication.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
3. User Accounts and Registration
Creating an Account
To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create a user account. When creating your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as necessary.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. 4. Job Seekers
Eligibility
By using our platform as a job seeker, you confirm that you are legally eligible to seek and accept employment in Nigeria or in the jurisdiction where you are applying. You agree not to misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or eligibility for any position.
Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide in your profile, resume, cover letter, or any other materials submitted through our platform. JobsxBio.com.ng does not verify the accuracy of information provided by job seekers and accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations.
Application Process
When you apply for a job through our platform, your application and personal details are shared directly with the employer or recruiter who posted the listing. JobsxBio.com.ng is not a party to the employment relationship between you and any employer. We do not guarantee that you will receive a response to your application, that any application will result in an interview, or that any interview will result in an offer of employment.
No Guarantee of Employment
JobsxBio.com.ng does not guarantee employment to any job seeker. We provide a platform that facilitates connections between job seekers and employers but we have no control over hiring decisions, recruitment processes, or employment outcomes.
5. Employers and Recruiters
Job Listing Accuracy
As an employer or recruiter using our platform to post job listings, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about each vacancy. This includes but is not limited to the job title, description, requirements, location, salary range where applicable, and application process. You agree not to post misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent job listings.
Prohibited Listings
You may not use our platform to post listings that:
- Require job seekers to pay any fee in order to apply or be considered for employment
- Promote illegal activities or violate any applicable law or regulation
- Discriminate against applicants on the basis of gender, age, religion, ethnicity, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Misrepresent the nature, terms, or conditions of employment
- Collect personal information from applicants for purposes other than recruitment
We reserve the right to remove any job listing that violates these terms without notice and without refund of any fees paid.
Responsibility for Listings
You are solely responsible for the content of any job listing you post on our platform. JobsxBio.com.ng does not verify the accuracy of employer information or job listing content and accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from inaccurate or fraudulent listings.
6. Biography Content
Editorial Independence
All biographies published on JobsxBio.com.ng are subject to our editorial standards and review process. We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or remove any biography submission at our sole discretion. Submission of a biography request does not guarantee publication.
Accuracy and Research
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that biographies published on our platform are accurate, fair, and based on credible sources. However, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any biographical content.
